MIC handles kitchen and bathroom renovations, carpentry, decks and pergolas, roofing and gutters, tiling, plastering and general property maintenance. Additional repair and finishing tasks can be discussed as part of the scope.
Yes. MIC can coordinate the carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tilers, joiners, stone suppliers and other specialists needed for a project. Confirm responsibilities and inclusions for your particular work when discussing the quote.
Yes. MIC's services include work on character homes, such as carpentry, solid plaster, roof structures, brickwork and alterations. Existing conditions and any need for specialist advice should be considered when defining the work.

That depends on the rooms involved, access, noise, dust and interruptions to facilities. Discuss day-to-day arrangements before work starts, especially if you rely on the kitchen or bathroom being renovated or work from home.
Raise this before ordering. Dimensions, suitability, delivery timing and responsibility for supplied items need agreement as part of the project. Do not assume a product is suitable solely because it fits your preferred style.
